Terra Nova Fitness Internship to Employment
Terra Nova Fitness was founded in 2009. This is remarkable given that more than 90% of businesses fail within the first 5 years.
As part of this internship to employment, you will gain a sound understanding of real world fitness, rehab, strength and conditioning principles, and the ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds, all while working with an expert coach with more than 14 years of experience.
As an intern, you will be working in the trenches with a proven entrepreneur and the author of “My Fit Life.” Your mentor will also translate lessons learned from outstanding mentors, like Mike Boyle, who he has trained under.
Mike Boyle coached famed athletes like World Cup winner Mia Ham. He also earned two national titles with Boston University hockey, one World Series ring with the Boston Red Sox and an Olympic silver medal with the U.S. Women’s Hockey Team, working with some of the world’s best athletes.
You will learn the skills of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and success principles that can be applied in any sphere or profession.
You will also learn system development that makes fitness programs, human interactions, and business run efficiently, providing clarity and certainty to all involved parties.
This internship to employment will allow you to successfully piggyback on your mentor’s experience — learning from my experiences and my mistakes. Ultimately, the Terra Nova Fitness internship will be a fast track to becoming a true professional in the industry.
The most valuable thing we are looking for is someone who gets along with people. It does not matter if you don't know every single muscle in text books. All that is teachable by our mentoring process.
If you're a stay at home mom or part time working with a passion for being healthy and helping people this may be the perfect fit for you.
First 12 weeks will be an internship where you will receive the highest quality mentoring and training. This is real life experience/education that many trainers have to pay thousands of dollars to get. This will be 10 hours per week. We have a detailed and systematized mentoring process.
